The Point Dental is looking for a confident, capable and enthusiastic team member to grow into a treatment coordination and treatment administration support role. This unique position offers the right person the opportunity to build on their dental front office experience, expand their knowledge and develop valuable skills within treatment coordination while being supported by a team-oriented and continually evolving team. You will expand beyond traditional front office responsibilities and develop your skills in treatment coordination, patient communication and treatment administration support.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate dental terminology, treatment plans and the general stages involved in a patient's treatment journey
- Review and understand dental treatment plans
- Explain information clearly and confidently to patients
- Build rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Liaise with patients, clinicians and other members of the team
- Support the patient experience and help people feel informed, comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
About you
- Strong dental front office experience
- Fast and enthusiastic learner
- Excellent communicator
- Naturally warm,
approachable and able to build rapport with people
- Reliable, punctual and highly organised
- Positive, proactive and equipped with a genuine can-do attitude
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a growing environment where change is embraced
