Telesales co-ordinator & Operations support role.

We are a commercial cleaning company established for 24 years. Comclean is looking to expand our team. We are currently undergoing a substantial restructure & reset of our business, so this is an incredibly exciting time for us in this industry. We are in the process of expanding our offering & seeing just how good our capabilities are & how far they can reach. This will be a newly implemented role handling a diverse range of tasks. It will be constantly undergoing development, refinement & change in order to find “best practise” & you will be a part of that. Whether this position is a permanent part time position that develops into a fulltime position, or a fulltime position straight off will be determined by the abilities of the successful applicant. Show us what you can offer. As stated, this is a new role & as such, the person who sits in the chair will very much be responsible for how the role develops, there are no limitations here,

At its core, this role has three critical functions which need to be performed.

1. Initially this role will encompass assisting the National Operations Manager & operations team. Your day will commence by reviewing customer contact, ensuring any requisite actions are in place & diarised for the operations team to complete. You will provide customer feedback, update our systems & keep the department on track. An important part of this role will be to assist in transitioning the majority of tasks & customer contact across to the in field operations team, thus reducing this role as the in field team expands.

2. Telesales Co-ordinator:



You will be required to oversee a small team of telesales consultants. Ensuring targets & KPI’s are being achieved & recorded, assist in recruitment, training & coaching. Implementing & monitoring for the correct use of programs, promotions & strategies. You will also assist the BDM on occasion, preparing quotes, working on tenders, researching information, even visiting clients to “put a face to the name”. This will be an essential & exciting part of a developing role. You will be directly involved in the behind the scenes aspects of a B2B role.

3. Telesales… Yes you will be on the phone for a part of most days. You will be able to show them how it’s done & lead from the front. You will know first hand if a system is slow, it’s a tough day or even an exciting one. Again, this part of the role will likely morph into supervision & support as the department expands.

In the future it is anticipated that this role will shift organically into a pure Sales coordinator & support position. Our business has undergone a substantial restructure & in some areas we are still finding out feet. Consequently the successful applicant for this position will require a diverse range of skills & abilities, & not be afraid to use them.

In order to be successful you will need the following:

A great phone manner & a “customer service” mindset.

Excellent interpersonal & client engagement skills

Basic computer competency.

Solid coordination & problem solving skills.

The ability to manage, influence & mentor small teams.

You will also need the ability to work autonomously, without constant supervision, focused on achieving a positive outcome.
