Hidden Valley Ford and Subaru Darwin is seeking a reliable and experienced Car Accessory Fitter to join our busy dealership team.

This hands-on role involves fitting a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to recent and customer vehicles. You will play an important part in ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fitting tub liners, bull bars, towbars and suspension components

- Installing roller shutters, hard lids, canopies and roof racks

- Fitting vehicle lighting and other 12V accessories

- Ensuring all accessories are installed safely and correctly

- Inspecting completed work to maintain high quality standards

- Treating customer vehicles with care and respect

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop

- Reporting any vehicle damage, incidents or safety concerns

- Assisting with other dealership duties when required

- Working towards individual and departmental KPIs





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous accessory fitting experience, preferably within the automotive industry

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Good communication and organisational skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills

- A professional and reliable approach

- A strong commitment to workplace safety

- A current NT driver’s licence
