We require a confident and hardworking Commercial Property Manager to work alongside our very experienced commercial management team. Whilst we are looking for someone with commercial experience, we have successfully employed people from around the globe and will provide the training necessary to adapt your New Zealand experience to the West Australian market. Recent Zealand citizens have full Australian working rights so there is no need to apply for a Visa beforehand, however we encourage you to make your own enquiries.
The successful applicant will be:
- Confident, professional and corporately presented
- Experience in Commercial property Management
- Organised with a high standard of administrative capabilities
- Reliable and responsible
- Capable of working well under pressure
Duties will include:
- All aspects of Commercial Property Management
- Administer lease contracts and renewals
- Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants
- Rent collection, reviews and renewals
- Monthly reporting to owners/tenants and Director
- Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed
