Our Client has been trading in wholesale fruit and vegetables at the Brisbane Produce Market since it started operations in 1921. Since then, our business has evolved and expanded to include importing produce, cold storage, quality control, ripening, pre-packing, order assembly and value-adding. We pride ourselves on our customised third-party logistics business.

We are looking for a Pick Packer/ Counterbalance forklift operator to join the team to work with Murray Bros and within Brisbane Markets

Multiple Shifts/ Roles Available

Rate : $36.81 - 41.23 per hour , the rate will be part Outside span of hours and part ordinary hours. This is a Casual ongoing role

Shift 1 - Warehouse pick packer / Forklift Work - Mon 2am, Tues 3am, Wed 3am, Thurs 2am, Fri 2.30am

Shift 2 - Forklift delivery driver in markets - Mon 2am, Tues 3am, Wed 3am, Thurs 2am, Fri 2.30am

Shift 3 - Warehouse forklift driver and produce stacker - Mon - Friday 4.30am Start





Shift 4 - Warehouse Logistics forklift driver to dispatch process (paperwork and loading) - Mon - Fri 2am Starts

Shift 5 - Labourer for our trading floor pick packer (forklift optional but would help) - Mon 12.30am, Tues 2.30am , Wed 2.30am , Thurs 1am, Fri 1.30am

Shift 6 - Warehouse pick packer / Forklift Work - Mon, Thur & Fri 2am- 10am, Tues & Wed 3am - 11am

Main Duties - the job will entail, but is not limited to:

- Picking orders

- Loading and Unloading Counterbalance forklift duties

- Quality checking stock when picking orders

- Sizing/stacking pallets

- Stock rotation

- Stock counts

- Working as a team with fellow staff

- Communicating with Sales staff

Requirement

- Safety Work Boots and Hi Vis

- Full work rights

- LF Ticket
