The Role
At Rex, delivering heartfelt hospitality is at the core of what we do. We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our Engineering team in Wagga Wagga. This is a full-time, 38-hour per week role, spread over 5 working days.
Reporting to the Engine Shop Manager, responsibilities of the role includes:
- Maintaining hard copy log books for engines.
- Administering work packs for engines and other component maintenance.
- Filing and archiving of records.
- Engineering administration support duties.
- Other duties as required.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated computer literacy and data entry above standard user skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to work in a close knit team workplace, with the ability to also work unsupervised.
- A demonstrated willingness and ability to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Full work rights in Australia
