Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters is seeking a motivated hospitality professional to lead and manage day-to-day operations at our Perth-based specialty coffee venue. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an exciting chance to take the lead in a growing business, inspiring a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
Lead and support the team, including roster management and fostering a positive workplace culture
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and customer service
Manage bookings, events and special functions
Oversee stock control,
budgets and cost management to support efficient operations
Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to continuous improvement
About you
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
