Qualifications
7+ years in IT service delivery or technical operations.
Solid understanding of ITIL principles.
Experience managing service performance.
Robust customer and stakeholder skills.
Relevant technology certifications desirable.
Pay: $108,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
