Clearview Skylights is seeking an experienced and organised Scheduling and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Wangara, WA. This full time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our Warehouse and scheduling operations for all Clearview Skylight operations.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, utilising industry-leading scheduling software
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues, proactively implementing solutions
Collaborating with our operational team, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules and coordinate activities
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the office administration function
All administrative duties as required including internal sales administration and answering the phones
What we're looking for
Previous admin Scheduling experience is mandatory
Sales and customer service skills highly desirable
Experience within the construction industry or similar is preferred
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team
Ability to thrive under pressure , adapt to change and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving complex deadlines
We are looking for someone who is workflow and process driven, things need to be organised and want to follow systems and standards.
