Public Sector People are currently seeking an experienced Labourer for a temporary prospect with Redland City Council.

This role will work within the Wastewater Reticulation team, undertaking construction and maintenance activities across water supply and sewerage reticulation systems.

Position Details

Role: Labourer (Construction- Waste Water)
Council: Redland City Council
Location: Thornlands
Pay Rate: $36.29 per hour
Engagement Type: Casual
Roster: 9-day fortnight
Week 1: 40.25 hours
Week 2: 33.5 hours

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Construction and maintenance of water supply and sewerage reticulation systems
Operating and maintaining a range of plant, tools and equipment




Undertaking physically demanding labouring tasks
Supporting the Wastewater Reticulation team with day-to-day operations

Requirements
Current C Class driver's licence – mandatory (HR licence – highly desirable)
Demonstrated experience in civil construction, water supply, sewerage reticulation or maintenance
Safety Induction/White Card
