​Key Responsibilities
​Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire FOH staff (servers, hosts, bartenders). Foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
​Guest Experience: Oversee the dining room floor during service, proactively engaging with guests and resolving any issues with grace.
​Operations: Manage reservations, floor plans, and POS systems to ensure smooth seating and pacing.
​Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, monitor inventory, and assist with daily reporting and cash handling.
​Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, and safety.

​What You Bring
​Experience:



4+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
​Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to talk to both a busy kitchen line and a VIP guest.
​Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., IMPOS) and reservation platforms (e.g., Sevenrooms).
​Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays—the times when the magic happens.
​Problem-Solving: A "cool under pressure" attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
