Real Capture is a growing real estate media company providing photography, video, drone, floor plans and virtual staging to real estate agents across Melbourne.

We're looking for a confident and results-driven BDM to grow our network of real estate agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Cold calling and telemarketing to Real Estate agents
Generating, qualifying and following up leads
Visiting real estate offices and building relationships
Presenting our services and arranging trial shoots
Converting prospects into regular clients
Managing and growing the sales pipeline

What We're Looking For
Strong cold calling, telemarketing and sales skills
Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills
Self-motivated,



persistent and target driven
Previous sales or BDM experience

HIGHLY REGARDED: Experience in the Melbourne real estate industry OR an existing network of real estate agents and agencies.
