Challenger Valves is looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to join our WA branch, with a genuine opportunity to develop into an Internal Sales role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with warehouse, industrial or mechanical experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Your starting point

You'll work closely with our Warehouse Team and become familiar with our products, systems and customers while supporting:
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Stock control, cycle counts and inventory management
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
Valve assembly and workshop activities
Local deliveries and supplier collections
General warehouse activities to support the WA branch

Your opportunity to grow

As your product knowledge and confidence develops, we'll support you to transition into Internal Sales, including:
Responding to customer enquiries
Preparing quotations and processing orders
Providing product information and technical assistance
Supporting our external sales team




Building strong customer and supplier relationships

No valve industry experience? No problem. We're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who wants to build a career with Challenger Valves.

Full product and technical training will be provided, with genuine support to help you grow into the Internal Sales role.

About you

We're looking for someone who:
Has warehouse, stores, industrial or similar experience
Holds a current Forklift Licence (essential)
Holds a current Driver's Licence
Has valuable communication and computer skills
Is mechanically minded and enjoys learning
Is reliable, organised and willing to get involved
Is motivated to develop into a customer-focused sales role
