Courier Owner Driver

We’re seeking individuals looking to join an established courier fleet operating across Brisbane.

From first timers to experienced operators - long term contracts and consistent work await.

Earnings and Support
Earning potential is performance based - approx. $90K to $130K (incl GST and Fuel Levy per year)
Revenue security provided through a guaranteed minimum weekly retainer
High performers make more, with uncapped revenue potential
Pay schedule is weekly
Current to the courier industry? We'll work with you to get setup and ready - including purchasing the right van, assistance with obtaining finance and insurance
All required courier equipment will be supplied
Motivated to grow? We'll help you expand by adding vans and drivers, working toward becoming a principal contractor with your own fleet.

The Role
Monday to Friday, approx. 8 hour days
Start from home - first job allocated as close to home as possible




Set Run work may be offered to you depending on the location of the run (if and when available)
Majority of work is within Brisbane metro
Some regional work available (optional)
Business-to-business collections & deliveries
Minimal residential deliveries (if any)
Work with a variety of industries. This includes medical, freight forwarding, manufacturing, construction, corporate clients and more
Consistent daily work - growth across the Brisbane market

What you need
A reliable van (or willingness to obtain one).
Current Australian driver’s license
ACN & ABN required - if you do not have an ACN, we'll assist with the setup
Qualified attitude and reliability

No courier experience required — full onboarding and support provided.
