We are a meal prep/catering business looking for a kitchen hand/food packer for weekday shifts at our Marrickville commercial kitchen.
REQUIRED:
Available to work from 9-5pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (with prospects for weekend shifts)
Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic food preparation tasks (i.e. prepping sauces, washing and cutting vegetables, marinating meats)
Weighing, portioning and packaging food into trays
Cleaning and washing up in the kitchen, operating a commercial dishwasher
Adhering to Food Health Safety standards - being able to comply with and maintain hygiene standards
