Front of House Staff

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing team at Cannington Snooker Lounge.

If you enjoy meeting new people, have outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly attitude.
Taking bookings and managing customer enquiries.
Serving food and beverages.
Promoting games, food, drinks and special offers.
Processing payments and operating the POS system.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue.
Helping create a fun and enjoyable experience for all customers.

What We're Looking For
Excellent people and customer service skills.
Robust sales skills with the ability to upsell food, drinks and promotions.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.




Reliable, punctual and well presented.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred
Knowledge of snooker or pool.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
