Harvest of India in Gawler East is looking for an experienced and reliable Tandoori Cook to join our team on a casual basis.
About the role:
Preparing and cooking tandoori dishes to a high standard
Operating and maintaining the tandoor
Preparing marinades, meats and other ingredients
Ensuring food is cooked safely and consistently
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Assisting with general kitchen duties when required
Working efficiently during busy service periods
About you:
Previous experience cooking tandoori dishes is preferred
Valuable knowledge of Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to work well under pressure
Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene
Available to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
