Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead Generation. Build the engine that fills the sales funnel with qualified B2B enquiries, and own the reporting that proves it's working.
Strategic Partnerships. Develop collaborations with complementary building materials businesses that open current customer segments.
Website & eCommerce. Full ownership, from site structure and UX through to the online sales platform.
B2B Marketing Strategy. Built for the trade: builders, contractors, developers, architects and specifiers, each with their own message and channel.
Brand. Define the ATS Building Materials identity and carry it consistently across digital, print, signage,



vehicles and site presence.
Events & Product Demonstrations. Trade days, industry events, sponsorships and hands-on showcases that build presence and generate leads.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:
5+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in building materials, construction, trade/wholesale distribution or a related industrial sector.
A track record of building lead generation engines and proving their ROI.
End-to-end digital fluency across websites, eCommerce platforms and campaigns.
The confidence of a self-starter who can build structure from nothing. This is the first marketing hire at this level.
A strategic operator who is equally comfortable setting direction and executing it.
