We're seeking an experienced IT Strategic Lead to drive a critical phase of an organisation-wide technology transformation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a strategic IT skilled who can quickly assess the current setting, establish robust governance and operating foundations, and deliver practical improvements that position the organisation for long-term success.

Working closely with executive leadership, you'll lead the stabilisation of the IT function, develop a clear technology roadmap, strengthen governance, and prepare the organisation for future transformation initiatives, including a major ERP program. This is an outcomes-focused engagement where you'll make an immediate impact while leaving behind sustainable frameworks, processes, and capability. This role will be a 6-month contract based on-site in Sydney, NSW.
