Main Duties:
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Project forecasting and job costing
Update and maintain the construction programme
Collate and maintain Safe Work Method Statements
Attend project meetings
Assist in the preparation and submission of claims
Subcontractor management
Document control
Assist Site Management onsite,



participating in safety walks and inspections etc
Work in a fast paced, time sensitive setting
General office duties

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
Competent with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Diploma or Higher education
Current working rights

Pay: $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
