THE ORGANISATION
Join a quick-growing, data-driven fintech business that has more than doubled in size over the past three years and now has a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees. With an established HR team of around 15, this is an exciting chance to join a growing organisation at an important stage of its evolution.

THE ROLE
Reporting into the People Partner, this is a broad and practical P&C; Adviser role, providing support across the employee journey. You’ll be a key point of contact for day-to-day ER matters, from probation and performance through to grievances, using sound judgement to manage issues and escalate more complex matters when needed. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, offering clear, pragmatic advice and helping translate policy into practice. There’s also a strong operational and systems component, with responsibility for keeping employee and position data up to date in Workday and supporting key P&C; activities throughout the year, including performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent mapping. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety,



wants to build robust stakeholder relationships and is keen to make a tangible impact by improving the way P&C; processes work.

Please note this is a 6-month contract role.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to employee relations and a good understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards. You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on and adaptable approach who is keen to contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement and build strong relationships across the business.
