We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Team Lead to lead our team in Balmain and bring the Dolly’s Açaí experience to life! This is a perfect for someone who loves shooting videos for social media, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You must be comfortable with working on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends. This is a 4 day a week role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and customer service
Oversee staff training and leadership to junior team members
Maintain high product quality and presentation standards — ensuring freshness and consistency daily
Prepare fruits, toppings, açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, and other menu items
Provide excellent customer service, including cashiering and resolving queries
Ensure in-depth knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and dietary requirements
Uphold store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Drive operational efficiencies and continuously improve store processes
Manage and create engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts
What We’re Looking For
High energy, excellent communication skills, and a warm, engaging personality
Social media experience and not afraid to be in front of the camera
Ability to work independently and also in a small team
Previous food and beverage experience is essential
A can-do attitude with a proven ability to solve problems independently
Responsible, adaptable, and committed, with robust initiative and a willingness to learn
A team player with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
