About the Role
As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service, and a positive team setting.

Previous hospitality or café experience
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable, organised, and hands-on
