We are seeking a warm, polished, and energetic Door Host to join our team in the heart of The Rocks, Sydney. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
What You'll Do
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional, engaging attitude
Manage guest seating, reservation lists, and walk-in waitlists
Coordinate smoothly with floor staff, section waiters, and managers
Ensure the entrance area remains tidy, organized, and inviting
Assist with guest inquiries, and phone bookings.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a host, reservations, or front-of-house hospitality role
Certifications: Valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card is mandatory
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Poise: Ability to stay calm, organized, and welcoming in a quick-paced environment
Availability: Versatile availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
