Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences
Deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution

Requirements:
At least one year of hospitality experience, waitstaff experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience




Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Valid work rights in Australia
RSA Certificate
Fluent in English
