Salad Bar Team Member – Barista

Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our new salad bar that has opened in Condell Park NSW. This is a hands-on role that involves customer service, coffee making, specialty drink making and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You'll be part of a fast-paced team committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Coffee and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Prepare coffee and beverages (minimum 2 years barista experience preferred).
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.
A fun and friendly attitude.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a Cafe type of service, preparing coffee and beverages on demand, is confident working a "La Marzocco" coffee machine, and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Barista experience is highly regarded,



as the role will include preparing specialty coffee alongside our beverage offerings in a fast paced environment.

Candidate Targeting

We're looking for candidates who have:
Barista experience and confidence preparing espresso-based coffee (preferred).
Solid customer service and communication skills.
A positive fun attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with flexibility for early morning shifts preferred.
Experiance working with POS systems an advantage.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
