Nene Chicken Epping is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of hospitality operations and franchise environments and can confidently take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, confident leading a team, and understands the importance of maintaining high standards in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, manage and motivate the team
Ensure food quality, customer service and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained
Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory
Monitor staff performance and address workplace issues when required
Ensure all food safety, workplace health and safety and franchise standards are followed
Complete daily operational and administrative tasks
Manage opening and closing procedures
Monitor sales, labour costs and overall store performance
Work closely with the business owners and head office
Ensure the restaurant consistently operates in accordance with Nene Chicken franchise standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality management or similar leadership role
Previous experience managing a restaurant, café, QSR or similar hospitality business
Experience working within a franchise environment is highly desirable
Robust understanding of hospitality operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and qualified in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
