We are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team at Smile Symphony Dental.
We are seeking someone who is organised, caring and enjoys working as part of a professional dental team. The successful candidate will assist our dentists in providing high-quality patient care and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Chairside assisting during a range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments before procedures
Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments
Following infection control and sterilisation protocols
Assisting with general, restorative, surgical and other dental procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised clinical setting
Supporting patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Restocking treatment rooms and monitoring clinical supplies
Assisting the dental team with general clinical duties
We are looking for someone who:
Is friendly, caring and qualified
Is reliable, punctual and well-organised
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has strong attention to detail
Can work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
Works well as part of a team
Is willing to learn and develop their skills
Previous dental assisting experience and Certificate III in Dental Assisting are highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
