The Role: We are looking for an experienced, energetic marketer to own our social media growth, create in office content, and manage our paid Meta/Google ad campaigns to drive foot traffic and online catering orders.
Responsibilities:
Visit our 4 stores weekly to film short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) showing products, behind-the-scenes prep, and monthly promos (e.g., "Buy 3 Get 1 Free").
Script and shoot face-to-camera UGC-style video ads.
Build, launch, and manage local radius-based Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search ad campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager.
Optimize ads weekly based on direct revenue, online catering orders, and store offer redemptions.
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
