The Role

You’ll work closely with our bookkeeping team, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of clients and industries. We’ll give you the training and tools you need, you just need the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
Reconciling bank accounts in Xero & QBO
Reviewing bookkeeping files
Supporting client onboarding
Corresponding with clients

About You
You have experience in a similar bookkeeping role
Familiar with Xero or QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
Reliable, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
