We are looking for an experienced Wine Bar Floor Manager who thrives in a rapid-paced, service-driven setting and takes pride in leading teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
