West Coast Waterproofing & Tiling is looking for an experienced and reliable Waterproofer to join our growing team across Melbourne.
About the Role
You’ll be working across a range of residential and commercial projects, completing high-quality waterproofing works while meeting Australian Standards and project specifications.
Your duties will include:
Internal wet-area waterproofing – bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and WCs
Balconies, rooftops and external areas
Surface preparation and priming
Application of liquid and sheet membrane systems
Installing water stops and completing penetration/detailing works
Screeding and preparing areas to correct falls where required
Identifying and rectifying waterproofing defects
Following plans, specifications and Australian Standards
Maintaining a clean and secure work area
What We’re Looking For
Previous waterproofing experience
Robust attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Valuable understanding of waterproofing systems and wet-area requirements
White Card
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Waterproofing qualification/licence preferred
