The Fibreglass Factory / Master Glass Industries – Yarram, VIC

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on General Labourer to join our growing fibreglass manufacturing team based in Yarram.

This role is ideal for someone local to the Yarram / Gippsland area who enjoys practical work, working with their hands, and being part of a supportive factory workplace. No previous fibreglass experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with fibreglass laminating and moulding processes
General factory and workshop duties
Prepare materials and work areas
Cleaning, trimming, and basic finishing of products
Support day-to-day production tasks

Skills & Experience
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take direction
Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Previous factory,



labouring or trade experience (preferred but not essential)
