About the role

Floral Anthology is seeking an experienced Senior Florist to manage and join our team at our Dapto and Albion Park, store in NSW. This is a role for a part time position, offering adaptable work hours to fit your lifestyle. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers, and contributing to the overall success of our thriving floral business.

What you'll be doing
Designing and creating high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets, and other products for a variety of occasions
Providing exceptional customer service and advice to help customers select the perfect flowers and arrangements
Maintaining the retail display and ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and presented to a high standard
Participating in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management
Supporting and mentoring junior florists to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a florist, with a strong understanding of flower types, care, and design techniques




Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to clients
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
Creativity and a passion for floral design, with the ability to translate ideas into beautiful arrangements
A team player attitude
Australian work rights are required for this position
Certificate III in Floristry or equivalent qualification is required
