contributing to current ideas
leading social media campaigns and/or updating web page content
supporting the committee through specialized roles For over three decades, HHH has been supporting those in our community who are being cared for by the MNCLHD Palliative Care Service, navigating the final stages of life, with compassion, dignity and practical assistance.

Through fundraising and advocacy, HHH provides assistance to those with a life limiting illness to maintain their quality of life, safety and independence. They help meet the community’s needs by supplying vital medical resources that are inaccessible for some members of the community.

You don’t need experience, just a caring heart and a willingness to help. Your support, no matter how big or small, helps provide essential equipment, comfort and dignity to patients and their families.





While our dedicated volunteers may not work directly with patients, they stand firmly behind the clinicians, advocate tirelessly for those in need, and as a group, hold a deep cooperative bond, built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to compassionate care.
