We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our energetic team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out.

This role will also include shifts at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, providing variety and exposure across two of The Sebel Canberra’s properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
Process reservations and room assignments accurately
Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean and presentable at all times




Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
