About the Role
Working as part of a cooperative internal Talent and HR team, you’ll take ownership of high-volume recruitment for operator-level roles.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for keeping multiple vacancies and candidates moving efficiently through the recruitment process, while building robust relationships with operational hiring leaders.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operator roles
Proactively sourcing and building talent pools for current and future requirements
Screening and shortlisting applications at pace
Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks and recruitment processes
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
Providing a responsive and positive candidate experience
Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Maintaining accurate and timely information within recruitment systems
About You You’ll be an experienced recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys the pace and momentum of volume recruitment and is comfortable working with operational stakeholders.
You’ll ideally bring
Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
Exposure to operational, blue-collar, trades or similar workforces
Confidence partnering with operational hiring managers
The ability to effectively manage a significant vacancy and candidate workload
Experience with SuccessFactors would be preferred
A practical, proactive approach and willingness to get things done
