Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Venture Capital Analyst / Associate to support investment research, deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio analysis. The role involves identifying and assessing promising companies, industries, technologies, and market opportunities, while developing a strong understanding of business models, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening investment opportunities, conducting market and industry research, analyzing company financials and operating metrics, building financial and valuation models, preparing investment materials, and supporting due diligence processes. The role also involves monitoring portfolio companies, tracking market developments, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support informed investment decisions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.




Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, investment principles, and business fundamentals.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis.
Strong research skills with the ability to evaluate markets, industries, technologies, and competitive dynamics.
Ability to analyze financial statements, operating metrics, business models, and investment opportunities.
Robust commercial judgment and ability to identify key investment risks and growth drivers.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
