As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: BALLARATand surrounds

Hours: Average of 18hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMonday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities
Driving strongrelationshipswith store personnel
Building and maintainingquality displaysin store
Negotiating promotional space
Executing planograms
Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking,



bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:
Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
Robust& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to work autonomously
Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
