Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - fast growing (non-Big 4!) firm - Sydney or Melbourne

If you're an experienced Transfer Pricing skilled looking for a SM-level chance where you can combine your technical expertise, commercial thinking and people leadership and work towards achieving Director and then Partner status much faster than your current role - this could be the role for you. Or you could be a very strong Manager seeking a Senior Manager role.

Our client is a well-established international professional services firm, advising multinational businesses on complex cross-border tax matters. They're looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

As a trusted advisor, you'll lead client engagements from start to finish, developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the immediate project. You'll also work closely with senior colleagues on business development initiatives, oversee the commercial performance of engagements, and help shape the future direction of the team.

People development is equally important.



You'll coach and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your technical expertise and helping to maintain this collaborative and high-performing Transfer Pricing team.

We'd love to speak to you if:
You have 8+ years' Transfer Pricing experience within a public accounting firm or international consulting firm in Australia
You have robust technical Transfer Pricing expertise and commercial awareness.
You're confident managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
You have excellent project management and leadership skills.
You enjoy mentoring, developing people, and helping to grow a successful team.
You are currently working in Australia and have Australian right to work. You could of course be a 'returning Aussie' currently overseas.
