About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Steel Fixer's to join our client's team on a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven Area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a large-scale project running through to December 2026, manufacturing up to 900 precast tilt panels. You'll be joining an experienced team in a safe, well-organised environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be required to:
Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and plans
Cut, bend and tie reinforcing steel to specification
Assemble and install reinforcing cages for precast tilt panels
Position and secure reinforcement prior to concrete pours
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain quality standards while adhering to site safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Steel Fixer within construction or precast manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret reinforcing plans
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Requirements
Current White Card
Previous steel fixing experience
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
