Assistant Store Manager We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back! About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store

Provide a outstanding training experience of onboarding team members

Monitor stock levels and product wastage

Managing deliveries

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store

Rostering

Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience Skills and Experience Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality

Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary

Ability to lead a team environment

Great communication skills





Able to work in a team setting
