Key responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations, manage workflows, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
Hands-on execution and oversight of retaining wall construction
Hands-on execution and oversight of decking and fencing
Hands-on execution and oversight of concreting, tiling, and paving
Hands-on execution and oversight of pool builds and other high-end outdoor features
Foster a positive, skilled, and productive team setting on-site
Maintain strict attention to detail and uphold company safety and presentation standards
About you
Extensive hands-on experience in high-end structural landscaping and external construction
Solid problem-solving abilities, self-initiative, and a can-do, positive attitude
Relevant trade qualifications
Valid driver's license
Reliable transport
Current White Card
Ownership of basic everyday trade tools
