Pembrook Homes is seeking a proactive Pre Construction Coordinator to join our Melbourne project team. You will manage pre-construction administration across multi-unit developments, coordinate permits, RFIs, and documentation, and ensure milestones are met.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, with support from the Project Team Manager and Senior Coordinator. A robust eye for detail and excellent communication are essential.
