Come be part of a committed professional team as we continue to invest and grow our Maldon Gold Project. Following significant recent investment and restarting to a 24hour operation this is an exciting time to be joining our team.

We are looking for a proactive, safety-conscious MEM Coordinator. With robust workshop experience and practical leadership skills. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for developing and building a workshop and team to maintain a protected and reliable fleet of underground and surface mobile equipment

Our Equipment
CAT R1300 and CAT R1700 Underground Loaders
Sandvik DD311 and Axera 7 Drill Rigs

Is this you?
A trade‑qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic
Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic?
Hold a Truck licence?




Have solid diagnostics and repair capabilities across heavy plant?
Demonstrated problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills?
Demonstrated supervisory or leading hand experience within mining, heavy equipment, or heavy industrial environments.
Do you have a commitment to quality and safety?

Desirable (not essential) tickets or experience that you may have
Auto Electrical Experience
Working at Heights and Confined Space
Australian Working Rights
Australian C Class Drivers Licence
National Police check clearance
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical with drug and alcohol screen
