We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced TA's and Forklift Drivers to join our team at Metro Steel Fabrication WA in Bibra Lake, WA. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our steel fabrication operations, utilising your skills to support the efficient movement and handling of materials across our facility.
What you'll be doing
Operating and maintaining forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials
Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping of all material movements and inventory
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and productivity
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a forklift operator or in a similar material handling role
Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
