Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Youth and Family Practitioner to provide holistic, strengthsbased, personcentred support to young people and families from Islington base. The service supports challenging circumstances including domestic violence, mental health concerns, AOD, disadvantage and family dynamics.
The Practitioner maintains an individual caseload, delivering assessments, counselling, casework, group programs, advocacy, referrals and coordination.
