About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key decision-makers
Identify and capture new customers and opportunities to drive growth
Deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
Support excellence in customer service and continuous improvement through Swagelok’s values

Job requirements & selection criteria
5 years previous experience in an Account Management, Business Development or External Sales role
Experience selling in the industrial sector particularly with analytical systems, instrumentation and/or chemical processing is advantageous.




Expertise selling solution to Mining and Oil & Gas customers and prior successes with key industry stakeholders would be advantageous.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability and genuine willingness to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate and negotiate with key decision makers and high-level client personnel.
Proven ability to understand technical concepts, plant processes and to take learning current ideas/concepts in their stride with a proactive approach to problem solving and initiative.
Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
