Key Responsibilities:
Support the Financial Controller with the day-to-day financial management of the dealerships.
Assist day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
Processing daily banking activities, customer refunds and pay-outs
Complete end-of-month processing through to Trial Balance, ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved
Conduct reconciliations and audits
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards




Collaborate with management to improve financial processes

Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
Strong knowledge of accounting software & Microsoft Office products (Titan DMS experience is a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant accounting qualifications (CPA or equivalent highly regarded)
