About you
We are looking for a Sous chef to help take the lead in our busy and creative casual food restaurant. You love food, love to learn,
and have demonstrated an ability to execute on busy shifts with a full rail of dockets. You must currently hold a position where you can independently lead shifts, run prep, stocktake and order stock.

4 years + in a high volume kitchen setting
